Pricing

Start on the free tier. Scale by agreement.

A self-serve signup creates a workspace on the Free evaluation tier at no cost. Pro and Enterprise raise the licence capacity of your deployment and are priced per deployment, by agreement.

We don’t publish a price list. There is no per-seat list price on this page. The numbers below are the licence entitlements the product enforces; what you pay for Pro or Enterprise is set per deployment in your agreement, with seats as the licensing unit — the in-app Billing screen counts seats for that reason.

    • No cap on users or workflows in the licence
    • Priced for your deployment, by agreement
    • Subject only to the signed licence for the deployment

Limits are enforced by the deployment licence: 10 users and 50 workflows on Free, 100 users and 500 workflows on Pro, unlimited users and workflows on Enterprise. Every organization in a deployment is capped by that deployment’s licence.

How the limits work

  • Each account in a deployment counts toward the user limit, including administrators.
  • The workflow limit counts live workflows. Templates and sample workflows excluded from the licence do not count.
  • When a limit is reached, the product refuses the next account or workflow until a higher licence is applied. Existing work keeps running.
  • ChronoFlow runs in your own deployment, so the deployment licence is the ceiling for every organization inside it.

Common questions

Do you charge per seat?

We don’t publish a per-seat price, and there is none on this page. Pro and Enterprise are priced per deployment by agreement. If your deployment has self-serve billing enabled, the plans, seat counts and any seat pricing are shown in Billing after you sign in.

Which tier does a self-serve signup get?

Free — the evaluation tier with 10 users and 50 workflows, at no cost. Moving to Pro or Enterprise is an agreement with sales, or a purchase in Billing where self-serve billing is enabled.

What happens when we reach a limit?

Adding another account or workflow is refused until a higher licence is applied to the deployment. Nothing that already exists stops working.

Is the software different on each tier?

Every tier runs the same software on the same build. The licence sets capacity, and your agreement sets the commercial terms — see the Terms of Service.

Not sure which tier fits?

Bring one real process to a private demo, or create a workspace now and start on the Free tier. You can move up when the pilot proves out.
